Excellence in ministry requires many moving parts and a shared responsibility. We believe in a strong volunteer culture at Growth Central. There are many ways to be a difference maker in the Kingdom of God. After assessing your spiritual gifts, and receiving proper training it becomes a critical part of your growth development that you offer/surrender those gifts to God to use them as a mechanism whereby He adds value to the ministry and virtue into every area of your personal life.
Production Team– Helps to create atmosphere for the gifts of Holy Ghost to thrive and people can experience God. Operate cameras, lights, and sound to support the Gospel presented on stage to the interactive world. Pictures, Graphic designs and social media handles are also expected. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Levitical Nation Team– Leads in prayer and spiritual warfare that gives birth in ministry through prayer before worship service and when asked even during worship service. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED…
Guest Relations Team– This highly anointed team performs so much more than traditional usher duties. Be the first to welcome guest as soon as they arrive, answer any questions that people might have, help them find seats and designated places for youth to attend ministry services. Also serve as a host in our weekly visitor’s reception immediately following after each Sunday service. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Youth Volunteer Team-Be a part of shaping the next generation by volunteering in “The Attic” and/or “GrowthTown” worship experiences. Help us by working directly with youth leaders to provide the best God experience possible for our youth in worship. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Vision & Innovation Team– Be a part of the Pastoral think-tank that critically reviews practices of the ministry and develops more effective and efficient ways to make ministry impactful. Active Ministry participant for 2 years or more. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
BVISIBLE Team– Be a part of the leadership that plans and develops In-reach and Out-reach assignments to win lost souls to Christ and expand the Kingdom of God. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Culinary Team-Be a part of the amazing team that prepares and serves meals, snacks, and all things food for Growth Central family. SOME EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
Security Team-Be a part of our “trained personnel” that covers the campus while we’re in on campus worshipping, training, and enjoying each other. EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING REQUIRED.
Ministry of Magnification (Fine Arts Ministry)– Be a part of our skilled worshippers who lead in worship through dance both during praise and worship segment of worship as well as special ministry opportunities. Ministry includes Liturgical Dance, Step Team, Flag Team, Poetry and any other fine art gifts.
